Dining at Speyer is a true communal experience.

Speyer partners with food service provider Elior North America for our lunch and snack offerings. They currently work in many private schools across the city including Browning, Dwight, Friends Seminary, LREI, Nightingale, and St. David’s.
All meals are prepared fresh daily at Elior’s state-of-the-art downtown commissary and delivered to Speyer with care. Elior takes pride in offering made-from-scratch, high-quality food, ensuring students receive the freshest and most nourishing meals available. A few of Elior’s standards include: seasonal and locally-sourced produce; No Antibiotics Ever (NAE) and 100% vegetarian-fed animal proteins; certified-humane and pasture-raised eggs from hens that roam freely and forage outside; milk without growth hormones (rBST), pesticides, or insecticides; and ingredients that contain no high fructose corn syrup and no carrageenans.
